How to get Started
If you are interested in exploring the benefits of utilizing a manged IT service (outsourced IT), here is the basic process:
Phone Call
We usually start by discussing your situation over a phone call with one of our IT consultants.
In-Person Meeting
If there seems to be a potential fit, we schedule a meeting at your office to better understand your business and current IT needs. We’ll discuss how our service works and if we feel it could benefit your organization.
Free Network Health Assessment
We’ll schedule a time that is convenient for you to take a look at your IT infrastructure. This is an important part of the process because it helps us understand the strengths and weaknesses of your current IT infrastructure. During the network health assessment will cover the following areas:
Servers – Quantity/Purpose/
PCs and Hardware – Age/condition of equipment
Email – Type/Volume/Access
Backup/Disaster Recovery – What is backed up, how often, and where is it stored
Efficiency of setup – Identify performance bottlenecks
Security – Firewalls, Permissions, Anti-virus/malware protection
Proposal
A few days after the assessment, we’ll provide you with a proposal that outlines any major issues we identified, any recommended equipment and configuration changes for the network, and an estimate of costs to utilize our service.
Network Installation
If you decide to hire us, we would schedule a time to install your network. We would invest a lot of time and effort up front to improve your IT infrastructure so that it runs efficiently.
Training
After the installation, we would introduce ourselves to your employees and train them on how to submit issue tickets.
